Amphetamine (street Adderall) is quite popular and cheap in Russia, especially in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. Modafinil is illegal (just like Aderall though), less available (only a few sellers in Russian dark web) and quite pricey (maybe 10x) so it's not so popular.Many people use Glycin and/or Piracetam-like drugs (especially piracetam itself), some use Phinibut.Also there is a Russian (I think you can't buy it in most countries) drug called Phenotropil which is a mild stimulant (compared to amphetamine), it's very popular.I think about 15% of student use or have used such drugs.
